Frequently asked questions
- How do I sign in to the portal?
- Click the “Sign in” button in the top right. Sign-in is secured through a verified identity provider. If you do not have an account yet, use the “Start organisation registration” call to action.
- My organisation isn't in the system yet. What should I do?
- Open the “Register organisation” form on the home page. You fill in the basic details, the founders receive a verification email, and once approved the organisation becomes active.
- Where do I find documents, voting and meter readings?
- Once signed in, the top bar shows the “Documents”, “Voting”, “Meters” and other modules. The “My Day” module gives you an overview of pending tasks.
