Frequently asked questions
- How do I sign in to the portal?
- Click the “Sign in” button in the top right. Sign-in is secured through a verified identity provider. If you do not have an account yet, use the “Start organisation registration” call to action.
- My organisation isn't in the system yet. What should I do?
- Open the “Register organisation” form on the home page. You fill in the basic details and the application enters the review queue. The portal does not email you about it, so ask about the status at the support contact below. Once approved the organisation is created and the founder's membership is waiting to be accepted.
- Where do I find documents, voting and meter readings?
- Once signed in, the top bar shows the “Documents”, “Voting”, “Meters” and other modules. The “My Day” module gives you an overview of pending tasks.
